1. What This Policy Covers

This privacy policy covers the Craftili Studio landing page at craftili.studio and the early-access waitlist connected to that page. It does not yet cover the full Craftili app experience, future sync services, or future account features. Those will need their own fuller privacy notice before launch.

2. What We Collect

For the landing page and waitlist, the main personal data we intend to collect is your email address if you choose to join the early list.

• Email address: used to keep you on the early-access or launch-update list.
• Local browser storage: the current landing page stores the email you enter in your browser so the page can remember it locally on your device.
• Basic technical data: like IP address, browser, and standard web-request logs that may be processed by hosting or email infrastructure as part of running the site securely.

3. How The Landing Page Works Today

At the moment, the landing page validates your email in the browser, stores it locally on your device, and opens your mail app so you can send a message to join@craftili.studio. That means we only receive your email address once you actually send that message.

• to keep an early-access or launch-update list for Craftili
• to reply to messages you send us about early access
• to keep the site working, secure, and resistant to abuse

5. Legal Bases

For waitlist or launch-update emails, the intended legal basis is your consent or your clear request to hear from us. For minimal technical and security processing needed to run the site, the intended legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the landing page responsibly.

6. Who Receives Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. Your data may be processed by providers we use to run the landing page and email workflow, such as hosting, email, or security providers, but only to the extent needed to operate the site and the waitlist.

7. How Long We Keep It

• In your browser: the email stored locally by the page stays there until you clear browser storage, overwrite it, or remove it yourself.
• In our waitlist records: if we receive your email, we plan to keep it until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or no later than 12 months after the current launch cycle ends if it is no longer needed.
• Technical logs: kept only for as long as reasonably needed for security and operations.

8. Your Choices And Rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have the right to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. In Romania, that is ANSPDCP.
