Start with one color.
Grow your own way.

Craftili does not ask every maker to need every system on day one. It gives each kind of craft life a color to begin with, then space to grow into the rest only when it helps.

Craft for joy? Start with Green and remember who it was for, where it went, and what happened after.

Want steadier income? Let Yellow pull all the time and materials into pricing you can trust.

Need support around your work? Blue and Indigo help recurring support, teaching, and digital offers take shape.

Building a full craft life? Violet helps you choose what to grow next instead of guessing.

Inventory materials, packaging, cost, sourcing

Know what you have before you buy it twice or lose time looking for it.

  • Materials: track fiber, clay, paper, beads, wax, or whatever your work begins with.
  • Packaging: remember cards, boxes, sleeves, inserts, and all the small things that quietly cost money.
  • Cost: keep the real cost of making close to the materials instead of reconstructing it later.
  • Sourcing: keep supplier notes, alternatives, and buying patterns in one place.
  • Locations: know not only what you have, but where it is stored.
Projects planning, batches, steps, templates

Turn ideas and commitments into repeatable production.

  • Plans: define what gets made, for whom, and by when.
  • Steps: break production into prep, making, finishing, and packing.
  • Batches: group similar work to save time and reduce switching.
  • Templates: reuse proven project structures instead of rebuilding from scratch.
  • Deadlines: keep commissions, launches, and fair prep on track.
Pricing value your time and resources

Price from clarity, not apology.

  • Time: turn invisible labor into something you can finally count.
  • Resources: include materials, packaging, waste, and finishing touches that often get forgotten.
  • Scenarios: compare wholesale, custom, fair, or direct pricing without starting over each time.
  • Confidence: understand your price so it is easier to stand behind it.
Destinations recipients, places, channels, follow-up

Know where each piece went, who it reached, and what happened next.

  • Recipients: remember who each piece was for.
  • Places: track fairs, shops, shelves, studios, or homes it went into.
  • Channels: see whether work moved through direct sale, wholesale, gifting, or events.
  • Follow-up: note thank-yous, feedback, repairs, repeats, or care reminders.
  • Relationships: keep the human story around recurring buyers, recipients, and collectors.
Supporters memberships, backers, donators

Give ongoing support a home when people want to stay close to the work.

  • Memberships: shape recurring access, perks, or studio circles with more intention.
  • Backers: keep track of the people funding experiments, launches, or bigger goals.
  • Donators: honor support that is relational, not just transactional.
  • Continuity: understand who comes back and what kind of support they actually want to give.
Digital tutorials, courses, downloads

Let strong work become something you can offer more than once.

  • Tutorials: turn repeat explanations into teachable steps.
  • Courses: gather lessons into a fuller learning path when the demand is there.
  • Downloads: package patterns, guides, templates, or references for digital delivery.
  • Reuse: build once from real experience instead of inventing digital offers out of thin air.
Direction intelligence, experiments, AI

Choose the next move with more intention and less noise.

  • Intelligence: notice patterns in what sells, stalls, delights, or drains you.
  • Experiments: try new directions without losing the thread of what came before.
  • AI: use assistance as a thinking partner around real studio data, not as empty hype.
  • Direction: build the craft life you want instead of inheriting one by accident.

Frequently asked questions

What is Craftili?

Craftili is a studio app for handmade creators. It brings materials, projects, pricing, follow-up, and growth decisions into one connected workflow so your studio is easier to run and easier to grow.

Who is Craftili for?

Craftili is for handmade creators at different stages: hobbyists, people selling occasionally, makers building a steadier business, and creators growing into commissions, classes, memberships, digital offers, or a fuller studio practice.

What if my work does not look exactly like the examples on the page?

That is fine. These examples are starting points, not a closed list. Craftili supports different craft practices and different ways of working without forcing everyone into the same model.

Do I need to use every part of Craftili from day one?

No. Craftili is useful in slices. You can start with one part of your studio, then add more only when it helps.

Can Craftili replace my spreadsheets, notes, and scattered apps?

That is the goal. Craftili gives handmade work one coherent home instead of leaving materials, projects, pricing, orders, follow-up, and planning split across disconnected tools.

What if I already have an established process?

Craftili meets you where you are. It helps you improve the parts of your workflow that feel messy or fragile without demanding a full reset before it becomes useful.

Is Craftili only for selling products?

No. Craftili supports a wider craft life: products, commissions, gifts, classes, memberships, tutorials, downloads, and other handmade-adjacent paths.

Will Craftili help with pricing?

Yes. Pricing is one of the clearest areas where handmade creators need better support. Craftili brings time, materials, packaging, and real working scenarios together so pricing decisions feel more grounded and less improvised.

Do I need internet to use Craftili?

No. Craftili is local-first, which means your studio work does not depend on a constant internet connection.

Where is my data stored?

Craftili is a local-first application, which means your data is primarily stored on your device instead of in some cloud. Your data only leaves your device in order to sync with other devices.

What does local-first mean here?

It means your data lives on your device, not in some cloud. This makes Craftili fast wherever you are because it doesn't depend on your internet speed or even availability.

Can I still use Craftili if my internet connection is bad or I'm offline?

Yes. Craftili keeps working if your internet connection is bad or unavailable. Your updates are remembered locally and sync whenever internet becomes available again.

Can I use Craftili on more than one device?

Yes. Your studio is planned to stay in sync across at least 2 of your devices.

Which platforms will it support?

The browser experience will be available soon. Native desktop and mobile applications will follow as first-party experiences connected to the same studio. Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS.

Will there be import and export?

Yes. Import and export are planned. Craftili helps you organize your studio, not trap your data.

Does Craftili use AI?

Yes, but carefully. AI in Craftili helps with real studio decisions and next steps, not gimmicks or busywork.

Will my studio data be used to train AI models?

AI and privacy boundaries will need to be explained clearly as the product matures. The intent is to use AI in service of your studio work, not to turn the product into a vague data-harvesting machine.

What personal data does Craftili collect?

On the landing page, Craftili only needs the email address you choose to share for early access. In the product itself, Craftili is likely to need basic account data such as email, name, an optional avatar, device and sync metadata, and whatever studio or contact data you choose to keep in the app. Because Craftili is local-first, much of that content can stay on your device and only leaves it when sync needs to carry it to your other devices. The goal is to keep remote collection narrow and useful, not to turn Craftili into a data-harvesting product.

Is Craftili available now?

Not yet. Craftili is still in an early stage, with previews, iteration, and early-access work underway. The landing page and waitlist exist so interested creators can follow progress and get access as the product takes shape.

Why join early?

Joining early is the best way to see the product take shape, get preview access, and help influence what gets polished first. It is for people who want to follow real progress, not just wait for a launch announcement.
